La Maison Antech (pronounced “Anteche”!), produces sparkling wines since the 19th century in Limoux. Françoise, 6th generation of winemakers has been running the winey for 25 years, now assisted by Baptiste, her son. Fervent defenders of the Mauzac grape variety, Maison Antech is specialized in crafting premium Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux sparkling wines. Françoise and Baptiste created the Blanquette de Limoux Extra-brut Pardi!
