IN A PARDI GLASS WITH ICE CUBES AND A SLICE OF ORANGE

POUR

Carefully pour 1/3 of the Pardi natural liqueur (5cl): it is dense, rich and awakens the palate, accompanied by a controlled and charming level of sugar.  

ADD

Generously add 2/3 of Extra- Brut Pardi (10 cl): a fresh and airy Blanquette de Limoux, between citrus and orchard fruits.

DISCOVER

Discover the Pardi cocktail, with a seductive nose, dominated by notes of orange (both sweet and bitter) and fl owers. Powerful, fresh and delicious palate, between ripe citrus fruits, fresh ginger and cardamom.

 

It is the balance between these two “Pardi” that makes this cocktail so unique.
